All orders are shipped from GRAPL's temperature-controlled warehouses. We use specially reinforced boxes to guarantee the best transport conditions.

Taxes and custom fees:

All our orders (except for the UK) are shipped "Delivery Duty Paid" (DDP) which means that all taxes and customs fees are included in the order. You will not have to pay any additional charges when you receive your package, regardless of your country of residence.

In the United Kingdom, products are sold without taxes. You will have to pay taxes and customs fees upon receipt of your order.

Tracking of shipments:

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also track your order from your customer account.
