Description
Wine resulting from a traditional vinification of manual harvests of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre with a maceration of 21 days and aging in oak barrels for 18 months which gives a full-bodied wine very complex and expressive on notes mixed with spices, black fruits, figs, plums, cloves, vanilla bean, mocha and roasted coffee. It is a powerful, heady, very dense, structured, fine and elegant wine but with a lot of fat and sweetness with notes of ripe fruit, cherry and cocoa, fine tannins on the finish and a very long aromatic persistence.
