Wine resulting from a traditional vinification (25°C) with a maceration of 21 days then aging in oak barrels for 18 months, which gives a wine with a very beautiful, very intense ruby red color, with purple and brilliant reflections. .. Very expressive wine, dominated by ripe fruit, peach compote, cinnamon. Very elegant balance, with a nice freshness, characteristic of the terroir, a dense but silky and ample structure. With a very nice length on the finish.
