Description
Wine resulting from a traditional vinification (25°C) with a maceration of 15 days then from an aging in oak barrels for 12 months, which gives a wine with a very beautiful deep and brilliant garnet red color with aromas of garrigue, pepper and liquorice, mixed with black fruits and cherry. There are slight woody notes, toasted bread and coffee. We are surprised by the fatness and the roundness of this wine, which presents a beautiful concentration all in sweetness, in sucrosity and velvety, with a lot of power and fine tannins in the finish.
